What the site is
The site presents Cotree's services in designing and developing apps, websites, e-commerce stores and management systems, and lets you book a consultation, send a project request or chat with the team. A booking, a request or a chat is a contact request only; no contractual obligation arises until we send a written offer and both parties accept it.
Your use of the site
You agree to give accurate information in the forms, not to send unlawful, abusive or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security measures or access other people's data. We may block any request or chat that breaches this.
Files you attach
You keep ownership of what you attach and grant us the right to use it only to study your request and prepare an offer. You confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it contains no other person's data without their permission.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics, the Cotree logo and brand belong to Cotree LLC or are licensed to it and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Client names and logos shown under “Our work” belong to their owners.

The site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Timelines and prices shown on the site are indicative until fixed in a written offer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the site. The site links to external services (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Meet, social networks). Their use is subject to their owners' terms and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law and disputes
