News Details

Google has begun rolling out Google Health version 5.10, introducing several improvements designed to enhance the user experience in tracking health and daily activities.

One of the key changes involves the Readiness Score, which now incorporates additional sleep-related signals to provide a more personalized assessment of a user’s daily readiness.

The update also allows users to manage daily logs through conversations with the in-app health coach. For example, users can ask the coach to delete a workout or meal they logged by mistake, without having to locate and remove the entry manually. This feature supports daily entries such as workouts, meals, weight, and symptoms, but does not apply to medical records.

In Japan, irregular heart rhythm notifications are now available on supported Pixel Watch and Fitbit devices. The feature analyzes heart rhythm data in the background to look for signs that may be associated with atrial fibrillation.

The update is available on iOS, while the rollout to Android users is continuing gradually.

These changes reflect a broader trend toward making health applications more personalized and easier to use through improved data analysis and simpler ways to manage everyday health information.
